Foxwood Sports of Fayetteville, AR and
Jenks High School Basketball Booster
Club President, Leslie Peterson have
partnered to provide the high school and
community with sports schedule posters
and pocket schedule cards.
We want the merchants and sponsors in
the Jenks area to be aware of this
partnership because there are
companies out there that will contact
local merchants to sell them space on a
poster or product that the school has not
authorized and does not receive any
revenue from. Foxwood Sports is the
ONLY company authorized by the Jenks
Basketball Booster Club to offer area
merchants the opportunity to promote
their business on the posters and
schedule cards all while providing help
to our basketball program.

Meeting Minutes
August 10, 2011
* 100% Corporate Sponsorships for 2010 have been paid
* July pretty quiet month in terms of budget
* Balance in account is 11,049.27 minus outstanding August expenses
Clay
* Summer wrapping up
* KU camp was great
* Getting ready for fall try-outs-dates to be determined
* PEG gym almost done-total remodel
* Booster club may need to pay for 1 night rooms for Edmond Tournament
* Make up drug test TBD
Rhonda
* She plans on having open gyms 2 evenings/week and 1 weekend day through September
* August and September will be about agility, conditioning and strength..open gyms to enhance technical skills
* October 1st is official practice
* 2 Saturday scrimmages-11/12 in Midwest City and 11/19 Cancer scrimmage(Brenda Sidell and Amy Duzan will chair)
Old Business/New Business
* There are board positions to fill-If you are interested please see Leslie Peterson
* We have a storage closet in the Frank by Herbs office in Far NW corner
* We raised $1800.00 with Tulsa Shock fundraiser. Will be doing money grab on night of parents meeting on
September 14th at 6:00
* Next Booster Club meeting September 7th at 6:00
* Car wash is September 24th @ QT-Mr. Sidell will be chairing this event
* October 19th (Wed prior to Fall Break) will be the Free Throw Frenzy
* Tip Off dinners will be Nov 2nd/Nov 9th
* We will be selling some really cool jewelry as fundraisers at the Trojan Preview and Homes Games-we need
volunteers to help with this

* Will start soliciting after Labor Day
* If you know people you can solicit and need a packet, please see Leslie
* When you are visiting corporate sponsors, please thank them for their business..we will be getting a list of corporate
